Our experience in i.e. project management shows that the end-user is the most critical part in time & expense management. Thus we offer to the user one adaptive screen for time management, one for expense management and an easy report option. Except of some email messages, that' all. So the user education effort is minimal. We have chosen a three step approach which is started from the following menu:

Enter the time related data.
 

 

 
Confirm the data.
 

 

 
 

That's it. Entering expense data is absolutely similar. The same three step approach.
