Because TimeAccount is process based, the entry of time related data by your people is the basic step only. In a proper organization, these data have to be approved by a superior. This person also need some reports that show where the people spent time and money. Basically the manger has all user functionality because s/he also has to input time and expense related data. In total we offer the following functionality to the manager:

Time & Expense Approval |
| One of the most important
function are the approval functions. In fact it is a report where all time
or expense entries of all his people are listed with the option to approve
or disapprove. In case of a disapproval, a contact email will
automatically be send to that person.

Coverage Report |
| Another report which proved to
be useful is the coverage report. It shows which people already did report
and what status these data have. The manager also can trigger reminder
emails. Here is an example.

Distribution Reports |
| Other reports for the manager are activity and distribution reports. These reports show how time and money is spent. An example of the member distribution report is below. | |
