| TimeAccount Administrator's perspective - Billing | |
|
In terms of business, the most important task is billing and invoicing, based on the time and expense data gathered from your people and contractors. After defining contracts which are the calculation base for invoices, billing is just a two step procedure.

| Billing information is split into two parts.
The first one is the calculation based on time records and contractual
information. For each week / person the total hours are calculated and
priced. Overtime and weekend rates are computed in addition to the regular
hours. You can provide all tasks with a special adjustment factor. I.e.
travel times may be charged to your customer with only 50% of the regular
rate.

| The second part of the billing information contains all the expense data. These data are collected by your people and may include any currency you have defined previously. These currencies are automatically converted to the target currency as specified in the contract. | |

| Now you can copy or print this information and use it in your invoicing system. Currently we have plans to integrate the billing information into Quickbooks. | |
